Building the Boulder Beach House

It might be winter on Lake of the Woods, but our crews are working harder than ever on our clients' dream cabins. Nestled into a tranquil bay, one cottage that's progressing quickly is our very last spec cabin on Black Sturgeon Lake.

In order to work comfortably through Kenora's coldest months, it's important to get the space enclosed as quickly as possible. Once the walls and roof are up, the crew can work away without having to brave the elements or worry about -40 degree temperatures.

Once the windows are in, work on the Boulder Beach House's breezy interior is going to be full steam ahead as we prepare it for sale in the spring.
