Ready For More: How To Accommodate Last-Minute Guests

Going to the lake is a family affair, and often enough you'll find yourself having to sleep a few more guests than you initially thought. There are several ways to accommodate last-minute overnighters, but these are a few of our favourites.

Can you spot all the extra places in this bedroom where your guests can rest their heads? Sure, there's the queen bed and daybed couch tucked underneath the ordinarily challenging sloped ceilings, but the window seat is also a single mattress.

On top of that, all of the window seats in this cottage pack a little extra punch- each storage unit below houses a rollout bed to sleep even more of your friends and family.
This particular home can sleep 6 additional guests on the window seats and rollouts. It eliminates the need for a need for a bunkie or guest cottage with out cluttering up your space for every day living. The pullout king bed in the home theatre actually creates an additional bedroom for the those especially busy weekend on Lake of the Woods.
