Island Addition: Framing Up

The weather may not have totally been on our side in the first few weeks of June, but our crew is still soldiering forward on the beautiful Island Addition project on Lake of the Woods.

Even with modern building techniques and supplies, weather plays a huge part in being able to complete a build on time. Despite the rainy conditions and island locale, the crew was able to complete the addition's foundation this month and jump in on the framing.

The framing should be completed sometime in July, with the client's unique metal roof installed shortly after. Ideally, with a ceiling and four walls, our clients should be able to enjoy a chunk of August in their newly expanded island cabin.
